Description
This paper focuses on the use of peer-triad engagement on an staff-student project that I piloted with my student partner Brendan Ahearne and the use of Gathertown to facilitate this engagement. The paper firstly outline the role of peer triads in third level education to increase motivation and self-directed learning, support social interaction and foster an atmosphere of collegiality. It secondly focused on the learning management system Gathertown as a platform for peer triad engagement.
