🎥 Morning Session - Danish Soccer Grannies. Started my day bright and early with the incredible Danish Soccer Grannies in Frederikssund IK. Aase Hansen, a 77-year-old dynamo, led the way on artificial turf. Their passion for football and fitness is truly inspiring! ⚽👵
🎥 Afternoon Coffee - Danish Football Federation.Met with Kenneth Grønlund Rasmussen, the Head of Development at the Danish FA. We chatted about the exciting advancements in Football Fitness and how it's shaping the future of the sport in Denmark. ☕⚽
🎥 Evening Session - Football Fitness After Breast Cancer (ABC). Wrapped up the day with Football Fitness After Breast Cancer at Tårnlegepladsen, right next to the iconic National Stadium, Parken. Anna Ross Agner shared the incredible stories of resilience and recovery through football. A truly touching experience. 🎗⚽
After traveling on 6 trains, 3 metros, and walking over 10km, we even managed to play a game of soccer! Couldn't think of a better way to finish such an inspiring day, experiencing firsthand the fun and laughter the participants spoke so much about. 🏃♂⚽
