Charlotte Centre for Literary Arts (aka Charlotte Lit) mission is to celebrate the literary arts by educating and engaging writers and readers through classes, conversations, and community.

This niche literary centre and festival needed a targeted paid search campaign to increase customers and participants from their typical customer demographics and to develop awareness in other heretofore untouched demographics within their catchment area. A team of inter disciplinary undergraduate students engaged the organisation and researched their needs. They translated these needs into a 3 month campaign that increase local web traffic, footfall and course signups.
