Strategy Office

The Office for Strategic Planning and Institutional Data and Analysis co-ordinates, monitors and reports on the University Strategic Plan. As part of this, the Office develops, monitors and reports on University performance against both the University's own strategic targets and those established by national policy, including those established through the Higher Education Authority (HEA) performance framework. The Office assists Univeristy decision-making through policy analysis and also co-ordinates the institutional response to key regional and national policy development. The Office houses the Data and Analysis unit which collects, analyses and disseminates institutional information in support of institutional planning and decision-making.
