Biography

I have taught management at SETU since 2020.  My research interests are primarily in managment capability development, having published work in the industry context of micro firms and seaports.  

Most of my life I worked in the seaport sector, where I maintain industry connections.  

At present I am co-supervising a PhD project investigating servant leadership influence on empowerment in the hotel industry.

Biography

I am co-supervisor, and PI on a second PhD beginning April 2024, investigating Network facilitated farmer innovation capability.
