Biography
I am a qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales. I advised a wide range of Domestic and International clients on a variety of rights exploitation matters. I was also seconded to the Discover Channel europe where I drafted, negotiated and concluded a variety of channel programming, distribution and related agreements.
I also possess a PhD from University College Cork entitled "Employment law for the digital age: How social media and IT have affected the contract of employment".
I lecture in a wide range of legal topics from Tort Law to Company Law with a partcular specialism in Employment law.
