Dr Jennifer Hennessy

Jenny Hennessy is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and is Programme Leader on the BA (Honours) International Business. Her research areas of interest include PO fit; WL interaction strategies; employee engagement and the application of sport psychology in a daily life context. She has also collaborated with a locally based multinational company on a HR consultancy project as part of the MBS programme which she lectures on. Prior to this she was employed as a HR business partner where part of her role involved managing a redundancy and career development outreach programme. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
