Mr John C Tarpey

Originally from Kiltimagh in County Mayo, John Tarpey has settled in Waterford City and has spent the last 2 decades evolving design methodologies to improve how students can creatively engage with the design process.

As an educator with a late diagnosis of dyslexia, John's interest in fiction created a novella with a dyslexic bias to its design. 'In Suspension' was written as contemporary Irish fiction and designed with 10 chapters of equal length and each page ending on a full stop writing format.

Current interests include the Tarpeyfold Process for Project Management (Concept, Design, Production, and Confirmation), which has been evolving over the last decade.

John is also an active contributor to the contemporary grunge culture magazine (46pgs)
