Teaching

An experienced professional educator with over 15 years of teaching experience, I have delivered a broad range of accredited IT and Photoshop courses through awarding bodies such as City & Guilds, FETAC/QQI (Levels 4–6), ICS, and Certiport. My teaching practice has supported a diverse student cohort, including both undergraduate and postgraduate learners from varied educational and professional backgrounds. Many of these learners were adult returners to education or individuals seeking employment, and a significant number have successfully progressed to further study or entered the workforce. In addition to subject-specific instruction, I have designed and delivered Moodle-based workshops for academic staff, focusing on Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) strategies. These workshops, conducted both online and in person, were also extended to Further Education and Training (FET) staff and external contractors affiliated with the WWETB, supporting the integration of TEL tools across a range of learning environments.
