Dr Paula Rankin is the Head of Department of Health and Sport Sciences at South East Technological University. She holds a PhD from Newcastle University, a Masters from Loughborough University, a Bachelors Degree from University of Limerick and a Post-graduate Diploma from the International Olympic Committee. Paula has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience in the areas of Exercise Physiology and Sport Nutrition. Her research interests are in the areas of exercise recovery, nutrition for performance, and the female athlete.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
