Biography
Triona is a TU RISE Postdoctoral Fellow and previous Irish Research Council Government of Ireland scholar. Her research interests are in understanding how human resource (HR) practices are deployed, realised and received in organisations. The Academy of Management Human Resources Division recognised her research by awarding her Best Student Paper. She has presented her research at several national (e.g., Irish Academy of Management) and international (e.g., Academy of Management; Dutch HRM Network) conferences. Triona is experienced at facilitating learning delivery to postgradute and undergraduate learners at University College Dublin, Dublin City University and South East Technological University. Triona has supervised several postgraduate and undergraduate MSc/MB students to completion of their theses.
