Biography

Dr Wayne Cummins is a Lecturer in Organic and Analytical Chemistry in the Department of Science in South East Technological University. He is also a Principle Investigator in the Pharmaceutical and Molecular Biotechnology Research Centre. Prior to joining SETU, Wayne held positions as a Technical Specialist with Pfizer Global Manufacturing and a R&D Analytical Scientist within the Process Development Centre (Pfizer). Wayne has experience in analytical method development, particularly in the areas of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Applied Chemistry with Quality Management from the SETU and was awarded a Ph.D. in the area of Polymer and Analytical Chemistry from the same.
