This project will have 3 key themes. To identify the hiking behaviours, boot choices and injuries incurred by hikers. To compare how people move in traditional hiking boots compared to minimalist hiking boots in a laboratory setting. To identify movement strategies used outdoors by individuals using traditional and minimalist boots.
