The specific objectives of the research are three-fold:
Draw out individual and collective experiences in the Irish banking sector and identify a sense of belonging (socially and organisationally) (1973- present)
Investigate the mechanisms by which women transformed their careers alongside legal and socio-economic change
Contribute to current research to identify the role of mentorship and education in career progression towards equal leadership opportunities within organisations "
