Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a novel emergency evacuation algorithm based on V2V communication, which targets at the scenario of a public safety event such as a truck attack in the crowded city. The main contribution of our work is that we design an evacuation algorithm based on V2V communication and graph theory and evaluate the protentional advancement of evacuation efficiency brought by V2V. Our simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can shorten the average evacuation time and promote the evacuation efficiency.
