Abstract

Abstract This report outlines a model for developing pathways for disruptive technologies (DT) into public services. It draws on the results of the HECAT project which benchmarked existing technologies in public employment services (PES) before developing and piloting a DT in partnership with the Slovenian PES using agile open innovation methods. This report outlines a model based on the experiences and best practices of the HECAT project, for introducing disruptive technologies into public services.
