Abstract
Business process digital transformation is going together with many challenges agile approach to the digitalization process requirements. These issues related to this complexity can be translated on come more specific r hypothetical subjects: business incapability for fast adoption of change management techniques, deficiency in strategic approach to digital transformation, and inability to take iterative organisational actions towards simplification of technology complexity. Consequently, this research aims to address the potential causes of lack of agile approach, strategic questions, and the approach applied responding to the complex requirements of digitalization process. The target population is composed of regional enterprises with a fixed sample. Qualitative analysis has resulted in the flow of important information related to forward thinking regarding issues of complexity and organization. While the quantitative research has resulted in the testing of the raised hypotheses.
