Abstract
The rationale of the Workshop: The workshop aims to create a deep critical multi-culturalism in participants, which will foster a more significant engagement across diverse student groups. This will allow participants to appreciate and embrace a multitude of perspectives and work collaboratively with cultural others.
Learning Outcomes: The participants will able to:
● Familiarise with the concepts of multi-culturalism, equality, diversity and inclusion.
● Describe, interpret, and evaluate situations through a reflective D.I.E. exercise.
● Understand the layers of culture in their life.
● Recognise and overcome stereotypes and value judgments.
● Reflect on the personal and cultural relativity of interpretations and evaluation.
● Work collaboratively in diverse group settings in harmony.
